Global
Communities of Support is a 501(c)3 organization formed in 2001 by a group
of parents and professionals dedicated to supporting programs and services that
allow individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to reach
their potential.
The founders of the organization, all strong advocates, became painfully aware
of the lack of services and resources available to individuals with developmental
disabilities as they approached adulthood. Global Communities of Support is
dedicated to supporting the creation of quality programs and services for teenagers and adults
with autism and other developmental disabilities.
