John Hillock
President
- Parent

John Hillock has been IT professional since 1978. His career began with Columbia Music, a division of the Columbia Broadcasting System. He has held various positions within the entertainment industry and private sector as both an employee and consultant. In 2001, Mr. Hillock began his employment with Brown Brothers-Harriman (BBH). As Vice President of Enterprise Systems Support, he has supported both internal and external client software implementations. In 2005, John’s responsibilities expanded to include European applications and communications support. John has been charged with both managerial and budgeting responsibilities in all of his professional endeavors. Mr. Hillock earned a BA in Psychology from Kean College.

He resides in Skillman, New Jersey with his wife, daughter and his 16 year old son with autism.




Rick Berk
Treasurer

Rick Berk began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in 1995 as the Manager of Information Systems overseeing the development of many of BBH’s core systems including BBH’s data warehouse and large projects such as the Euro and Y2K conversions. Berk was appointed a Managing Director of the firm in 2000 and given responsibility for BBH's IT infrastructure. In 2001, he was named the firm's Chief Information Officer and was appointed Partner of the Firm in January 2005.

Prior to joining BBH, Berk was the Vice President of Global Accounts development at ADP BISG where he was responsible for developing systems and servicing a number of ADP’s largest clients. Berk has also spent several years in the telecommunications industry.

Berk earned a BS in Computer Science from Drexel University in 1986. He resides in Belle Mead, New Jersey with his wife and his two children.




Nicholas Gatti
Board Member since 2009

Nicholas Gatti has been an IT Manager in the Financial Services industry for over 25 years. His career began at Salomon Brothers where he spent 10 years as an IT development manager. He then moved to Lehman Brothers where he spent 10 years in Infrastructure Management.

Presently, he is a managing director in IT at Nomura Securities.

Nicholas has been a Montgomery resident since 1998 where he presently resides with his wife and three daughters.





Peter Doremus
Board Member

Peter Doremus began his teaching career late in life as a teacher aide, at The Developmental Learning Center for children with autism in 2009. Upon graduating from The University of Rhode Island in 1993, and being an NFL prospect, he has held numerous business ownership positions as an entrepreneur for almost 20 years. His decision to become an advocate and instructor for children with disabilities was greatly influenced by the teachings and guidance of his parents.

Peter thoroughly enjoys challenging responsibilities and has a visionary attitude that exudes a belief that, ’All things are possible!’ Peter is currently attending Walden University in a MSED program with a Special Education concentration, and to date (April 15, 2011) is maintaining a GPA of 4.0 (A).

Lastly, Peter is currently residing in Weehawken New Jersey with his fiancée Jessica.
