Cyndy Hayes
Founder - Parent
Dr. Hayes is the founder of Global Communities of Support, a not for profit
organization serving the needs of individuals with autism and other
developmental disabilities and their families. GCOS focuses on the unique
challenges of teens and adults with autism. She is also the founder and
past President of Reaching Potentials, Inc. where she currently serves on
the board. She has three children, Marni, Devin, and Brandon. Her youngest
son Brandon has autism.
Cyndy’s professional career has spanned over 25 years working in
business management and organizational effectiveness. Her major
contributions have been in the area of leadership development, executive
coaching, strategic visioning, organizational diagnostics, team development
and community building. Dr. Hayes is the President of Center for
Applied Potential, a full service coaching and consultancy specializing in
executive development. Dr. Hayes has a MS in Psychology, MBA and
DBA in Business.

Sue Repko
President
Susan Repko, PP, AICP is a writer, a licensed planner in New Jersey and a
member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. Her planning work
has included stints with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and
Princeton Township, focusing on affordable housing development. As a
volunteer she spearheaded the construction of the Pennington Montessori
School and served on the Hopewell Township planning board before her
relocation to Skillman. In 2005 she created npdcPUBLIC.org, a clearinghouse
for information about the environmental conditions at the former North
Princeton Developmental Center property in Montgomery Township. She has an
A.B. in psychology from Princeton University and a master’s degree in urban
planning from Rutgers University.

Rick Berk
Treasurer
Rick Berk began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in 1995 as the Manager of Information Systems overseeing the development of many of BBH’s core systems including BBH’s data warehouse and large projects such as the Euro and Y2K conversions. Berk was appointed a Managing Director of the firm in 2000 and given responsibility for BBH's IT infrastructure. In 2001, he was named the firm's Chief Information Officer and was appointed Partner of the Firm in January 2005.
Prior to joining BBH, Berk was the Vice President of Global Accounts development at ADP BISG where he was responsible for developing systems and servicing a number of ADP’s largest clients. Berk has also spent several years in the telecommunications industry.
Berk earned a BS in Computer Science from Drexel University in 1986. He resides in Belle Mead, New Jersey with his wife and his two children.

John Hillock
Secretary - Parent
John Hillock has been IT professional since 1978. His career began with Columbia Music, a division of the Columbia Broadcasting System. He has held various positions within the entertainment industry and private sector as both an employee and consultant. In 2001, Mr. Hillock began his employment with Brown Brothers-Harriman (BBH). As Vice President of Enterprise Systems Support, he has supported both internal and external client software implementations. In 2005, John’s responsibilities expanded to include European applications and communications support. John has been charged with both managerial and budgeting responsibilities in all of his professional endeavors. Mr. Hillock earned a BA in Psychology from Kean College.
He resides in Skillman, New Jersey with his wife, daughter and his 16 year old son with autism.
